Waste Management & Recycling Services Framework Agreement

Tender description

The purpose of this Invitation To Tender ("ITT") is to assist ORE Catapult in establishing a Framework for Waste Management & Recycling Services which complies with all current, relevant legislation. To comply with these regulations, and to maintain our certification to ISO14001, ORE Catapult is seeking to appoint suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to provide high quality Services supported by robust management and quality control processes. No guarantee, warranty or assurance can be given in relation to the total volume or value of any Services required under this Framework Agreement. The Contractor(s) shall not, under any circumstances, be entitled to payment, compensation, reimbursement of loss or expense, damages or other financial benefit whatsoever on the grounds that the Services provided or acquired differs from or is greater or less than envisaged in this ITT, or as a result of anything contained within this ITT.
