Tender description
The Contracting Authority (CA) intends to establish a multi party Framework Agreement with 3 suitably qualified and experienced service providers per lot for the provision of temporary relief agency staff within the Health and Social Care Sector. Tenderers should be aware that the services sought herein are within Annex XIV of Directive 2014/24/EU on public procurement and therefore this competition is not subject to the full set of rules of the Directive. Details of how the CA intends to exercise full discretion are contained in the request for tender document. The counties of Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Roscommon, Sligo. The counties of Clare, Cork, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary. The counties of Carlow, Dublin, Kildare, Kilkenny, Laois, Louth, Meath, Offaly, Waterford, Wexford, Wicklow.
