Denbighshire County Council require a Website Content Management System (Web CMS) to enable the delivery of a replacement corporate website for www.sirddinbych.gov.uk/www.denbighshire.gov.uk Denbighshire County Council require a Website Content Management System (Web CMS) to enable the delivery of a replacement corporate website for www.sirddinbych.gov.uk/www.denbighshire.gov.uk The website will contribute towards the aims and ambitions of the Authority’s developing Digital Strategy which includes the development of digital tools and solutions that can be reused to support the Authority’s wider work to transform our public services and deliver our digital ambition. The website will be accessible so that it can be used by as many people as possible, including those with those disabilities (such as impaired vision, motor difficulties, cognitive impairments, learning disabilities and deafness or impaired hearing). It will be developed to meet the Website Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 standard (compliance level AA as a minimum) and be capable of supporting assistive technologies such as screen reader software, speech recognition software and screen magnification software. The website will incorporate a responsive design so that it can be used on as many different digital devices as possible — including smart phones, tablets, desktops and touch screens. The aims of the project are to deliver: — a replacement corporate website for www.sirddinbych.gov.uk/www.denbighshire.gov.uk that is accessible to all — including those with disabilities, — a Website Content Management System (Web CMS) to enable the delivery of the replacement website.
