Tender description

East Ayrshire Council, on behalf of its service delivery organisation known as the East Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership requires to establish a framework agreement to provide care at home/housing support services across East Ayrshire for the purpose of “Option 3” within The Social Care (Self-directed Support) (Scotland) Act 2013, ie the Individual chooses for the Council to select the appropriate support and arrange it for the Individual. Care at home/housing support encompasses personal and community support including practical and personal care and support which enables individuals to do things for themselves, rather than doing things to or doing things for people. The framework will be split into 6 geographical areas within East Ayrshire and Service Providers will be able to apply for 1 or more areas, generally for new referrals during the term of the framework.
