Tender description
24/7 Supported Accommodation and Housing Care at Cessnock Road, Hurlford, delivering an outcome focused service supporting Individuals to set and work towards specific agreed goals. The service provider will develop a responsive service based within Cessnock Road, Hurlford 24/7 all year round. The service provider will support and provide unscheduled care to 13 tenants who have a range of complex needs and be responsible for all night time, unscheduled and emergency care. The service provider will require to enter into a lease agreement with the Council for the accommodation occupied by them at Cessnock Road.
