Tender description

SPS require a supplier to provide planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance for CCTV and PIDS systems at SPS sites across Scotland. SPS require a supplier to provide planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance for CCTV and PIDS systems at SPS sites across Scotland. The supplier shall inspect, service and maintain a number of Closed Circuit Televisions (CCTVs) and Perimeter Intruder Detection Systems (PIDS) across the SPS Estate, (13 prisons and 3 support sites). The PIDS is a phonic sensing cable manufactured by Geoquip which is installed at a number of SPS Establishments. Some CCTV and PIDS Equipment are integrated with either a Cortech front end and/or an ISM (Integrated Security Management) front end security management system. It is therefore important that the supplier has the appropriate resources and the technical capability to provide effective service delivery. For each asset the supplier shall perform as a minimum, system maintenance to SFG20 and Manufacturers specification, including configuration programming and software updates. SPS intends to award a 3 year contract with an opportunity for a 3 year extension.
