Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd ('Bron Afon') is seeking a suitably qualified, skilled and accredited contractor to deliver the re-roofing works to Pen y Bryn retirement complex located within the Torfaen County Borough. The contract will include enabling works and specifically the removal and subsequent reinstatement of solar thermal and PV panels on the roof.
