Tender description

The NHS Wales Informatics Service (NWIS) wishes to renew the parking permits with Cardiff Council for use in Sophia Gardens. The renewal includes the purchase of 115 annual parking permits for staff based in the NWIS Cardiff office. Sophia Gardens offers NWIS the opportunity to purchase parking permits for staff with access to 24-hour parking within a reasonable walking distance to the Cardiff Office on Cowbridge Road East. NWIS is seeking to renew this agreement to ensure continuity of service and adequate parking facilities for the Cardiff based staff, the lack of which could pose risks to recruitment and retention.
