Tender description

London Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) seek applications for the provision of domiciliary care services. Successful providers will be added to a domiciliary care Any Qualified Provider (AQP) list which is used by the contracting CCGs to make continuing healthcare (CHC) placements. The qualification process is led by the London Purchased Healthcare Team on behalf of the London CCGs. For further information, please contact LPH at LPH.DomCareAQP@nhs.net.
