Tender description

Cartrefi Conwy Cyfyngedig Ltd (the “Authority") is seeking to appoint a single service provider to provide design, supply, installation, commissioning and related consultancy services to support and maintain the Authority's ICT infrastructure services and systems. The Authority is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to deliver a contract (the “Contract”) to provide a solution (the “Solution”) undertake the design, supply and installation of the Authority's ICT infrastructure services and systems and related support, maintenance and consultancy services (together, the “Services"). A full specification of the services for the procurement is set out in the Technical Statement of Requirements document (“TSoR”) which is available from the Portal address above. The Authority intends to shortlist up to 5 applicants to respond to an Invitation to Submit Outline Solutions document (“ISOS"). Following the evaluation of the ISOS document, the authority will further shortlist 3 tenderers to participate in structured dialogue sessions, in which the Authority will discuss separately with each participant the scope of the services (including the provision of any optional services as described above) and each participant's proposed solution for delivering the services. The successful service provider will enter into a bespoke contract with the Authority for an initial period of three (3) years with an option at the Authority's sole discretion to extend by a further period of one (1) year on two (2) occasions, giving a total possible term of five (5) years (“the Term”). The anticipated value of the contract is estimated at between 750 000 GBP and 1 000 000 GBP excluding VAT over a 5-year Term.
