Tender description

NHS Thanet CCG are looking to procure an acute response team to enhance the level of integration of a range of services to ensure a more timely and appropriate service response for: (i) those patients who are in the community and are at risk of attendance/admission to hospital; and (ii) those patients who have arrived in A and E and could be cared for in the community. This is purely a market assessment questionnaire, any subsequent procurement will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when published. The responses received during the market assessment questionnaire will not be taken into account in any future evaluation process as part of the formal procurement process.
