Tender description

Integrated mental health recovery pathway for Islington residents with enduring mental illness. Islington council is seeking to provide a range of services that will support the delivery of an integrated mental health recovery pathway (“the Pathway”) for Islington residents with enduring mental illness. The Pathway will provide support to appropriately meet differing levels of need, supporting Islington residents to maintain or prevent further deterioration in their mental health (which in turn would lead to either hospital admission or other secondary care intervention), and provide the necessary support to enable a recovery from a mental illness and develop greater self-management of their health. The new Pathway represents a move further towards more individualised and personalised support and a flexibility of service delivery as part of our strategy to embed our strength based approach and to make our services more accessible, responsive and flexible.
