Tender description
The Royal Borough of Kingston (the Council) is keen to explore options for the future operation of the council owned dementia home Amy Woodgate House. The council’s aspiration is for an innovative and economically viable residential dementia home that protects the most vulnerable people in Kingston living with dementia. This Soft Market Testing objectives are to: — inform the strategic direction for the recommissioning of a specialist residential dementia home in Kingston, — gather intelligence on market needs and the current provision, — obtain feedback and suggestions on potential future models of delivery. The attached memorandum of information provides information regarding the process and the opportunity. It accompanies a questionnaire which interested parties are kindly asked to complete via the London Tenders portal no later than 12:00 on 30.4.2019. https://procontract.due-north.com/Advert?advertId=aad644b8-5555-e911-80f3-005056b64545&p=2241eb95-058a-e511-80f7-000c29c9ba21 This soft market testing activity does not constitute a call for competition to procure any services, supplies or works for the Council and the council is not bound to accept any proposals offered. Any procurement of any services, supplies or works by the Council in due course will be carried out strictly in accordance with the provisions in the UK and EU Procurement Regulations.
