Fast Track Programme - Leadership and Management Programme The aim of the programme is to support and retain talent within Hammersmith & Fulham. The target audience will include: • Early to mid-career leaders • Rapid risers • Well-established in early leadership posts • Technically skilled in the service areas • On trajectory towards significant strategic responsibility for large divisions of the organisation • Assistant directors • Chief Officers • Experienced Heads of Service The Programme will be delivered over 7 modules which are directly aligned to Our Vision and priorities. • Personal leadership • Evidence-based management • Motivation • Understanding complex environments • Communication • Sustainable leadership • Developing the organisation
