Ethnic Minority Cultural & Integration Programme: design, develop and deliver a comprehensive ethnic minority cultural and integration programme across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area under the Ethnic Minority Cultural Programme within PEACE IV Local Action Plan Competent suppliers are hereby invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a comprehensive ethnic minority cultural and integration programme across the Newry, Mourne and Down District Council area. The programme will comprise four inter-linked elements: cultural diversity projects; integration projects; Train the Trainer projects; and cross-border intercultural events as part of the Ethnic Minority Cultural Programme under the Building Positive Relations theme within PEACE IV Local Action Plan in the Newry, Mourne and Down DC area. The project is supported by the European Union's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU programmes Body.
