East Lothian Council wishes to run a pilot for 12 months with a licensed energy supplier to come forward with proposals as to how we can meet our energy objectives including tackling fuel poverty, provision of voids management service, generating energy through SOLAR PV and a solar farm. East Lothian Council wishes to enter into a 12 month pilot with a licensed energy supplier(s) to come forward with proposals as to how they can work with us to meet our overarching objectives: tackling fuel poverty through offering a competitive energy tariff; provision of a voids management service; generating energy through solar pv and a solar farm.
