Tender description

Preparation for the world of work should provide participants with an understanding of the skills and qualities required to make a successful transition to the world of work. To address anxieties which participants may face the course should initially be delivered in small groups.Kat The course will be delivered over a period of 8 weeks, 3 days per week Modules should be interactive in order to engage and motivate participants The course should be designed and delivered in a manner that is likely to maximise retention. Learning materials and delivery must be designed to cater for all learning styles and abilities.
