Tender description

North East Lincolnshire Council (the Authority) wishes to engage a suitably licensed and experienced contractor to act as its contracted kennels for the reception, detainment and management of stray and other dogs, to fulfil its duties under Sections 149 and 150 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. North East Lincolnshire Council wishes to enter into a contract for the provision of 10 dog kennels for their sole use for the housing of stray and other dogs. The kennels must have appropriate planning consent, be licensed for at least 10 dog kennels and comply with the standards specified by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health and the general duty of care under the Animal Welfare Act 2006.
