Creation of new Office and Business Lounge - G004 Luton Campus

Tender description

The University is sourcing a Service Provider to create a new office and business lounge in G004 Luton Campus. Selected contractors are invited to submit tenders for the works in accordance with the University's requirement. The project includes the following specific elements of work, and Tenderers must allow for these in their Tender Response: • Removal of existing modular light fittings and replace with new surface mounted fittings • Alterations to ceiling to accommodate new light fittings • Erect new 2.2m high fully glazed partition screen including glazed door • Erect new full height solid partition wall • Provision of new electrical power and data socket outlets • Provision of new feature display lighting • Redecoration • Provision of "wire mounted" signage display system(s) Commencement date is currently projected for 15th April 2019. It is estimated it will take 4 weeks to complete the programme. All contracts resulting from this tender will be against the terms and conditions of the JCT contract and the tender documentation.
