Tender description
The Luton Borough Council is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified contractors for the service and repair of Air condition and other related works within its corporate building. The contract will be a 3-year contract with option to extend for an additional 1-year at the discretion of the Council subject to satisfactory performance. An open procurement will be used.
