Procurement of the role of design and build contractor for delivery of Phase 3 of the Council's affordable homes programme; 26 residential dwellings (6 new build residential houses and 2 blocks of 20 residential flats) across 2 No sites within the Ramsgate District of Thanet. The contract will be delivered on design and build basis. To procure the role of design and build contractor for delivery of Phase 3 of its affordable homes programme; 26 residential dwellings (6 new build residential houses and 2 blocks of 20 residential flats — split 6/14) across 2 No sites within the Ramsgate District of Thanet. This contract shall be delivered design and build. The required scope includes the roles of designer, principal designer and contractor and includes completion of all necessary surveys, completion of design and the construction of 26 new affordable homes including all associated external works, services, drainage and landscaping, ready for immediate occupation. The contract is anticipated to commence upon 14.12.2018 and will continue to the end of defects rectification period unless terminated in accordance with the conditions of the contract.
