Tender description

The council is seeking providers to deliver new Children and Family Centre Services within Warwickshire in 5 Lots to replace the existing Warwickshire Children's Centres. The service will include the following core elements: 1) Coordination and administration of the designated Children and Family Centres and associated outreach provision; 2) Provision of a range of stay, play and learn opportunities; 3) Locality and community development, including volunteer coordination. The service is available to families with children and young people pre-birth to 19 (or 25 for those with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities). The approx total contract value is split between the 5 lots. After selection, there are dialogue stages, a tender stage, a negotiation/clarification stage and award.
