Shared History & Culture Programme for Children and Young People– The shared legacy of St Patrick: Archaeological company to manage a cross-community excavation on Cathedral Hill, Downpatrick The Council is seeking to appoint a competent archaeological company to manage a community-based archaeological excavation and learning programme for young volunteers aged between 16 and 24 from all backgrounds on a site adjacent to Down Cathedral in Downpatrick, As part of the Shared History and Cultural Programme under the Children and Young People them within PEACE IV Local Action Plan in the Newry, Mourne and Down DC area. The project us supported by the European Union's PEACE IV Programme, managed by the Special EU programmes Body.
