OJEU Tender for the design and implementation of solutions for 17 churches with the worst bat issues. In 2017 we carried out a light touch survey of each of our 102 project churches, including PCC questionnaire to gain views on church community attitudes and aspirations and ecologist’s survey of bat evidence and impact. This data, alongside a ranking of heritage at risk from a simultaneous desk based heritage survey, was used to rank our churches into those most in need of significant intervention to reduce the impact of bats on community use and heritage at risk.
