Tender description

Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council (The Council) was seeking tenders from experienced organisations to assist in the delivery of a wide range of Demolition Projects to support and complement existing in-house service(s), all in accordance with these Tender Documents.The Council is located within the West Midlands Conurbation. This tender was being sought by Urban Design and Building Services based at Sandwell Council House, Oldbury.Urban Design and Building Services operate a large multi-disciplinary practice dealing with all aspects of Urban Design and Property Maintenance for all Council owned buildings and some external clients within and outside of the borough The value Range of the Framework is between £10,000,000 and £40,000,000. however, this is dependant upon the number of other contracting Authorities who may access the Framework through out the duration. Due to restrictions within this section (limit of 4,000 characters) placed on the Contracting Authority the list of other Contracting Authorities able to access this framework are detailed in Section VI.3 Additional Information.
