Tender description

The BBC is seeking to establish a roster of non-exclusive Framework Agreements for the integration and installation of new and refurbished broadcast production facilities. Systems integrators' responsibilities will vary from project to project; these include project planning, detailed design, installation, cabling, performance and acceptance testing and supply of equipment. The requirement will be broken down into 4 lots where services may be required by any area of the BBC; video, audio and central technical areas, as well a fourth lot mainly geared towards temporary production facilities at domestic and overseas sites for major sporting events. Consult — working with the BBC during the plan and shape of a project or programme. Install — responsible for the installation of equipment to systems designs supplied by the BBC. Integrate small and medium scale systems — responsible for the end-to-end integration of systems, services and facilities to deliver outputs that meet BBC requirements. Integrate large scale systems — responsible for the end-to-end integration of systems, services and facilities to deliver outputs that meet BBC requirements. Integrate vehicles — responsible for the end-to-end integration of systems, services and facilities to deliver outputs that meet BBC requirements.
