Tender description

Cambridgeshire County Council (CCC) (The “Authority”) on behalf of the Eastern Highways Alliance (EHA) members and other authorities wishes to invite Tenders for the supply of services in respect of a UKPMS Highways Condition Surveys Framework. The successful Potential Provider(s) will be responsible for providing this service and liaising closely with the Eastern Highways Alliance Contract Manager identified by the Authority who will be the overall Framework Manager. Lot 1 — Scanner Surveys. This framework is open for use by all the Eastern Highways Alliance Members and additional authorities listed within the Invitation to Tender documents. This framework is for 4 years, with no option to extend. Lot 1 will have a maximum of 3 providers. Lot 2 — SCRIM Surveys. This framework is open for use by all the Eastern Highways Alliance Members and additional Authorities listed within the Invitation to Tender documents. This framework is for 4 years, with no option to extend. Lot 2 will have a maximum of 3 providers. Lot 3 — Deflectograph Surveys. This framework is open for use by all the Eastern Highways Alliance Members and additional authorities listed within the Invitation to Tender documents. This framework is for 4 years, with no option to extend. Lot 3 will have a maximum of 2 providers. Lot 4 — Course Visual Inspection Surveys. This framework is open for use by all the Eastern Highways Alliance Members and additional authorities listed within the Invitation to Tender documents. This framework is for 4 years, with no option to extend. Lot 4 will have a maximum of 3 providers. Lot 5 — Footway Network Surveys. This framework is open for use by all the Eastern Highways Alliance Members and additional authorities listed within the Invitation to Tender documents. This framework is for 4 years, with no option to extend. Lot 5 will have a maximum of 3 providers
