Tender description

The University of Leeds is conducting a competitive procurement under the restricted process applicableunder the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (‘PCR 2015’) to appoint a number of professional consultants to a Professional Services Consultancy Framework Agreement for construction related services. The professionalservices are required in relation to the University's capital investment programme for works on projects with avalue of up to GBP 2.0M. Lot 1 — Architectural Services Applicant must hold Chartered status of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) or equivalent. The University's schedule of service for the Architect is intended to provide a standard approach for engineeringand design management services through the project process from inception to completion and will be basedon the RIBA plan of Work 2013. The Architects must also allow for attending all relevant project, design,stakeholder Local authority and client meetings, and producing reports as required, including for progress andstage planning purposes.
