UK SBS RE18520 Gold Coated High Energy Pulse Compression Gratings

Tender description

The CLF requires a complete set of diffraction grating to produce a pulse stretcher and compressor for use in a new beamline. The gratings are of high specification, gold coated on glass substrates with the provision for spares to be purchased either with the primary order or at a later date within the terms of the contract. We aim to have the complete order delivered within a 1-year timescale. STFC need to reserve the right to be in attendance at final QA procedures. STFC wish to make an initial purchase of the 4 gratings and reserve the right to purchase additional gratings of the same specification for the life of the contract.
