The Hire of Small Plant, Tools and Equipment

Tender description

Corserv Ltd is procuring a framework agreement for the hire of non operated small plant, tools and equipment in Cornwall. The appointed suppliers will be required to provide non operated small plant, tools and equipment hire services for Cormac Solutions Ltd, and potentially to the Corserv group of companies and the whole of Cornwall Council or their successor in title. Whilst there is no guaranteed quantity or spend, the estimated value of Cormac Solutions' spend is likely to be in the region of £150,000 per annum for Lot 1 East Cornwall and £150,000 per annum for Lot 2 West Cornwall. The potential estimated total value is likely to exceed this range of spend if other organisations decide to participate. The intention is to appoint the 3 most economically advantageous tenderers to each Lot. The evaluation criteria will be based on 70% price and 30% quality.
