Tender description

Fife Council is looking to engage with a service provider who will provide support to approximately 400 young people who are at risk of offending behaviour. The support will be provided to young people aged between 10 and 18 years of age, but primarily between 12 and 15 years of age. Fife Council require a service for young people who offend, which offers an individually tailored programme of support and incorporates an element of restorative justice if deemed appropriate. Such support can be offered as part of the overall outcome based plan for that young person in conjunction with other services, or as a stand alone piece of work.
