The City Council will be seeking to procure a development/investment partner(s) for each area as stated below with the expertise and track record in large scale housing-led regeneration to work closely with the City Council and the local community to deliver a place making driven approach to the comprehensive, inclusive and sustainable regeneration of the estate. The procurement will be tendered by 2 lots: — Lot 1: Ladywood Central, — Lot 2: Ladywood Broad Street Bidders will be able to submit proposals for 1 or both lots. Ladywood Central is a housing-led regeneration scheme of circa 60,55 hectares that will require a development that will reflect the characteristics of this area.
