Provision of Commercial Boiler Replacements at Ten Retirement Schemes

Bron Afon Community Housing Ltd ('Bron Afon') is seeking a suitably skilled, experienced and accredited organisation to complete the replacement of up to ten (10) commercial heating and hot water systems at retirement scheme sites. The retirement schemes are all located within the Torfaen County Borough. The contract will be structured such that the appointed organisation will initially be instructed to undertake works at five (5) sites and then subject to their performance (monitored against programme, budget and KPIs) they will be instructed in respect of the remaining five (5) sites. The contract will include for a minimum of five (5) years cyclical service, maintenance and responsive repair including call-out of the installed systems. The contract includes the option for a further five (5) years cyclical service maintenance and responsive repair will also be included.
