Tender description

The project involves the carrying out of enabling works relating to Phase 2C of the City Northwest Quarter Regeneration (CNWQR) Programme in Knocknaheeny, Cork City. The proposed enabling works will include earthworks (including excavation of rock), the diversion of existing utilities (including a watermain) and associated works. The enabling works are required in preparation for a 24 units social housing scheme which will be carried out under a separate building contract.
