Tender description

The scope of this procurement is to provide scheduled and reactive maintenance to southern water's biogas assets located on various Southern Water Sludge Treatment Centres (STC) across southern water's operational areas of Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Sussex and Kent. Assets include, but not limited to, dual fuel boilers, flare stacks, gas boosters/compressors, chillers, double membrane gas holders, digesters, Whessoe pressure release valves and associated pipe work and valves. 24 hour 365 day emergency call-out is an essential part of this ongoing annual maintenance. This maintenance will be carried out by commercial gas safe registered engineers and compex electricians with training and knowledge of working in the Dsear environment and dealing with ID/AR situations. The procurement is for the services to maintain southern water's biogas assets on a scheduled and reactive basis. The successful service provider will provide regular maintenance as well as providing a reactive service, which includes an emergency response.
