Suffolk County Council is currently exploring options for the delivery of process service services and other related services, predominantly in relation to the statutory childcare duties carried out by its legal department, Suffolk Legal. The services required include the collection and service of legal papers and court documents throughout Suffolk and occasionally beyond. Suffolk County Council therefore seeks expressions of interest from potential providers of process server services.
