Tender description

The Government has an ambition of providing up to 3,000 staff homes on surplus NHS land via its Homes for NHS Staff policy. A London pilot of the policy is focusing on early win exemplar sites that can be brought forward to deliver new homes, including affordable homes that NHS staff will have the first right of refusal to rent or buy. Working under the auspices of the London Health Devolution Agreement and One Public Estate (OPE) programme, the lead partners in the Homes for NHS Staff London Pilot are the GLA, OPE (Cabinet Office and LGA) and DHSC
