Tender description

Black Country Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is conducting a procurement exercise in conjunction with Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust for the provision of Occupational Health and Staff Counselling Services. The Trust(s) are looking for a comprehensive, high-quality Occupational Health Service (OHS) and Staff Counselling Service which represents Value for Money (VfM) and complies with national standards. The aim of the OHS is to maintain and promote the health (both physical and mental) and well-being of the Trust(s) employees by providing a quality occupational health, and health and well-being service. The staff counselling service will provide access to structured, evidence-based psychological therapies including but not limited to Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) for common mental health problems and work and home-related stress.
