Tender description

The UK’s Department for International Development will be seeking suitable supplier(s) to provide fund management services which involves the disbursement of grants. The Framework Agreement and will be open to be used by other Government Departments. The Framework Agreement is expected to be operational in late 2019 and is expected to run for an overall period of 4 years. By “Fund Management” DFID means the disbursement of grants on its behalf by an appointed, contracted supplier to grantees (recipients of those grant funds). This may also include elements of technical assistance to grantees. The intended procurement route is an open process with a DFID Standard Services contracting method. DFID intends holding a digital Early Market Engagement (EME) by means of a Survey Monkey. The intention of the survey is to seek information and provide a valuable source of feedback.
