EWI and Canopy Replacement Works - Worton Estate - Project Number: HC102

Tender description

London Borough of Hounslow wish to carry out the Installation of External Wall Insulation (EWI) and canopy replacements works to their properties on the Worton Estate. All EWI works to be undertaken in accordance with this specification, LB Hounslow performance specification and PAS 2030 2017 requirements. Property specific designs will be produced by the contractor which shall take into account where appropriate Insulated Render and Cladding Association (INCA) Best Practice Guidelines. The contractor shall provide a 25 -year guarantee issued from an Ofgem approved organization as listed in ECO2 Appropriate Guarantee (October 2016 update) guidance for each property receiving EWI works. The existing concrete canopies will be removed as part of the works and new lightweight canopies installed in conjunction with the EWI installations. The contractor is to coordinate and programme these works to all properties.
