Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to deliver the Newtownabbey Crematorium – Enabling Works. The project is enabling works for the proposed crematorium at Doagh Road, Newtownabbey BT36 5RZ. Project Scope – enabling works which will include: arboricultural works (removal of trees and hedges), excavation and disposal of topsoil and clay, kerbing, sub-base, asphalt surfacing and fencing for formation of new site entrance and associated sight lines. Project Complexity – traffic management, works licences, existing street lighting etc The envisaged construction contract period is 3 months.
