Tender description

Oxfordshire County Council is commissioning supported living services for people located at a 3-bedroom property in the central area of Banbury, close to the town centre and the People’s Park. The property is adjacent to a number of other properties, all owned by Cherwell District Council, which are being used to deliver a range of supported living services. The property is being used as a supported living home for three people with high-functioning autism. The anticipated start date of the service is September 2019 for a period of 5 years (with an option to extend for up to 60 months in aggregate).
