Structural repairs, replacement of windows and balcony doors, replacement or refurbishment of balcony handrails and renewal of balcony flooring together with associated works to 21 number high-rise blocks on 4 tenant management organisation estates within the borough of Walsall, West Midlands. Refurbishment works to 21 number high rise blocks in the borough of Walsall comprising repairs to structure (concrete repairs and other repairs), replacement of existing windows and balcony doors with new UPVC units, refurbishment to balconies to flats by replacement or repairs to balustrade and floor coverings, plus other associated works including external decoration.
