Tender description

Radius Housing Association intends to appoint up to 4 consultants to a professional services framework for project management and quantity surveying services to provide these professional services in connection with works including multi-element improvement works, disabled adaptations and extensions, internal and external redecorations, damp works and other sundry services/ad-hoc works as described in the tender documentation. It is anticipated that individual projects will be awarded mainly on a rotation basis but the Framework will also allow the running of secondary competitions and direct award as described in the tender documentation. Economic operators should note that despite the use of a rotational method of allocation of call-off contracts for projects, in no case will a PMT be appointed to a call-off contract on a project where any member of the PMT is also a member of an IDT appointed for the same project.
