Building cleaning services to multi-occupancy blocks, independent living accommodation and voids properties. On-demand internal and external cleaning and clearances of void properties in the Vale of Aylesbury. Different void properties will require different tasks which can include but are not limited to the following: Cleaning: — kitchens, — bathrooms, — living areas, — hall/stairs/landings, — doors and windows, — front entrances/porches/outbuildings, and — removal of graffiti/nicotine staining and bodily fluids, — void property clearance and removal of property to store, — disposal of waste.
