Tender description

Removal of the provision for facilities management services from the Concession Agreement with effect from 1.4.2020. The original procurement was to award a Concession Agreement (entered into on 9.7.1998) to Meridian Hospital Company PLC (MHC) to design, develop and construct, maintain and part operate the Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) under the UK Government's Private Finance Initiative. This notice is to advise that the soft facilities maintenance services are being withdrawn from the agreement from 1.2.2020. This has been tendered separately.
