PfH have conducted 1 procurement exercise to deliver 1 framework titled materials and associated managed services. The scope remains similar to the current PfH Materials Framework for PfH Members. There will be 9 separate lots within the overarching framework. Supply and delivery of plumbing and heating products and associated services for planned, new build, investment and repairs and maintenance works. Including, but not limited to; — all associated heating spares — products for heating systems — plumbing systems — brassware — showering — consumables — associated accessories. Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum 12 months to an expected maximum of 4 years. However, PfH members will be free to select the most appropriate contract period for their needs which may vary from these expected periods. It is the intention of PfH to award to five (5) Suppliers on this Lot, although PfH reserve the right but not the obligation to alter this number depending on the Tenders submitted. Supply and delivery of gas heating spares and associated services for domestic boilers and fires. Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum 12 months to an expected maximum of 4 years. However, PfH members will be free to select the most appropriate contract period for their needs which may vary from these expected periods. It is the intention of PfH to award to five (5) suppliers on this Lot, although PfH reserve the right but not the obligation to alter this number depending on the Tenders submitted. Supply and delivery of general building materials and associated services for planned works, new build, investment and repairs and maintenance works. This should include, but not limited to: — all heavyside products including timber, boards, roofing, insulation, bricks, blocks, paving and drainage — cement and plaster — carpentry and woodwork — Tool purchase (all hardware) — Kitchens & Bathrooms — Alarms (smoke/heat/carbon monoxide) — Ironmongery — General building materials Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum 12 months to an expected maximum of 4 years. However, PfH members will be free to select the most appropriate contract period for their needs which may vary from these expected periods. Supply and delivery of electrical products and associated services for planned, new build, investment and repairs and maintenance works. This should include, but not limited to; — circuit protection — electrical accessories — lighting fire & heat detection alarms — cable and wiring — ventilation products — adherence to WEEE regulations Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum 12 months to an expected maximum of 4 years. However, PfH members will be free to select the most appropriate contract period for their needs which may vary from these expected periods. It is the intention of PfH to award to five (5) suppliers on this Lot, although PfH reserve the right but not the obligation to alter this number depending on the Tenders submitted. Supply and delivery of adapted items and associated services for planned, new build, investment and repairs and maintenance works. Products should include, but are not limited to; — wet rooms — shower trays — adapted showers — brassware — mobility support — general disabled adaptations. Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum 12 months to an expected maximum of 4 years. However, PfH members will be free to select the most appropriate contract period for their needs which may vary from these expected periods. It is the intention of PfH to award to five (5) suppliers on this Lot, although PfH reserve the right but not the obligation to alter this number depending on the Tenders submitted. Design, survey and installation and maintenance of adapted products and stair lifts and associated services, ensuring each product is tailor-made to the requirements of each individual property and tenant. Including but not limited to: — stair lifts and hoists — through floor lifts — heavy duty stair lifts and hoists — step lifts Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum 12 months to an expected maximum of 4 years. The hire and purchase of tool and plant products and associated services. Including, but not limited to; — hand and power tools — mechanical and non-mechanical plant tools — generators — heating and cooling products — lifting products — Site prelims — Scaffolding — Skip Hire Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum 12 months to an expected maximum of 4 years. However, PfH members will be free to select the most appropriate contract period for their needs which may vary from these expected periods. It is the intention of PfH to award to five (5) suppliers on this Lot, although PfH reserve the right but not the obligation to alter this number depending on the Tenders submitted. The provision of bespoke supply and service requirements for both planned and reactive works and maintenance. This will include the supply of a broad range of products, including, but not limited to; — plumbing and heating products — building materials — electrical items — gas spares — tool purchase — any other associated services and requirements within the scope of the framework (across all lots) There will be requirements for a multi-disciplined service that may include, but again is not limited to; — adapting and managing a member’s existing store — identifying a new site to create a dedicated managed store — adapting an existing own branch to focus dedicated resources and site space to the member — use several sites to suit the members needs — provide van stock management Contract periods may vary from an expected minimum 12 months to an expected maximum of 4 years. However, PfH members will be free to select the most appropriate contract period for their needs which may vary from these expected periods. It is the intention of PfH to award to five (5) suppliers on this Lot, although PfH reserve the right but not the obligation to alter this number depending on the Tenders submitted. The provision of bespoke supply and service requirements for both planned and reactive works and maintenance through Independent merchants who are members of the awarded National Consortia for independent merchants.
