Tender description

The Council changed the way Care at Home (domiciliary care) is delivered to residents throughout Cheshire East in November 2018. Instead of multiple providers working across the borough, a prime provider – with guaranteed hours and framework provider model has been put in place. The contract for the prime providers advised that the Council would be commissioning an ECM system to facilitate contract management and quality monitoring of the service the primes provide. There is also consideration that framework providers delivering high numbers of support hours will also be contract managed via a corporate ECM system. Keywords: Homecare, Call Monitoring
