Tender description

MEAS is a shared service, provided by Sefton Council since 1988. MEAS manage a joint contract with AECOM to undertake Habitats Regulations Assessments (HRA) of Local Plans. Wirral proposes to utilise AECOM's Wirral-specific HRA expertise for its emerging Local Plan. Wirral needs to provide a new financial contribution to the joint HRA budget managed by MEAS to continue to access this expertise.
