Tender description
This public procurement competition relates to The Owner Manager development programme is targeted at Owners or managers of sme's who need to develop their own skills and their businesses to position themselves for growth in the coming years. The programme should offer a personal learning experience that explores the best management practices and strategies for sustaining long term development. Participants should acquire the analytical and strategic skills to drive growth performance and effective decision making in their business. 2. Learning Outcomes The programme as a minimum should be able to provide the following learning outcomes that are capable of being measured and assessed. 1. Improve the survival rate of marginal projects and enhance the growth potential of the others; 2. Facilitate the better assessment and health checks on the projects; 3. Improve the quality of management skills; 4. Improve profitability; 5. Increase investment in Management Development and other relevant training; 6.
